Once your ad is approved, you can post it for up to 3 months. Unless it was rented of course (hurray!).
Yes, all of your provided contact details will be listed and any interested visitor will be able to contact you directly.
All of our listings are subject to Zwandako’s quality level. This means that the better and more detailed your ad, the higher it will stay on the ad pages.
Here are the elements of a great list :
- 15 unique images
- A compelling description
- A full list of property features including the size of your erf
- A postal address
- Floor plans, if you have them available
Once registered, you will have access to a dashboard which will give you all the tools to load and manage your ad.
You are in full control ! You can deactivate and reactivate your ad at any time via your Listing Dashboard.
The dashboard allows you to edit your ad at any time. Keep in mind that the list will need to be re-edited before it goes live when you edit it.
If your ad does not require editing, it should be uploaded within one business day of being submitted for moderation.
We will send you weekly performance emails and you will have access to all your performance statistics in your dashboard.
All inquiries regarding your property will be sent to you via email, WhatsApp, call and SMS. You will also have access to a list of all requests through your dashboard.
The site is optimized for most popular browsers. However, we recommend that you keep your favorite browser up to date for the best performance.
The asterisks indicate the required fields. Before you can register your real estate ad, you must complete the required fields.
Once logged into https://zwandako.com/my-profile , you will be able to upload your fabulous photos in the Images tab. To upload an image, just go to the media section, click the select and download button, and then browse for the images on your computer. Once you have selected the images, please click save to upload them.
The minimum recommended image size is 1440px (width) x 900px (height).
